For both Electrician and Fitter trades, the minimum qualification is Class 10th Pass with Math & Science. Age should be between 14–40 years at the time of admission.

Is the ITI certificate valid across India? ▼
Yes. Our institute is NCVT affiliated under the Directorate General of Training (DGT), Government of India. The NCVT certificate (National Trade Certificate) is valid across all states of India and recognised by Railways, PSUs, Defence, and all major employers.
Can SC/ST/OBC students get scholarship? ▼

Dear Students, Parents and Well-Wishers,
It is with great pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to APJ Kalam Private ITI, Gorakhpur. Named after the visionary scientist and former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, our institute carries forward his belief that excellence in education and skill development is the greatest gift a nation can give its youth.
When I founded this institute in 2016 under the Ehasas Foundation, my vision was simple but powerful: to provide quality, NCVT-certified vocational training to the youth of Gorakhpur and eastern Uttar Pradesh — particularly those from rural and economically weaker backgrounds — so they can compete for jobs anywhere in India and beyond.
Today, I am proud to say that our Electrician and Fitter trainees are working across the country — in industries, PSUs, railways, and private enterprises. Our 100% practical curriculum, state-of-the-art workshops, and dedicated instructors ensure that every student who walks out of our gates is job-ready from day one.
We understand that for many of our students, joining ITI is not just an academic choice — it is a life-changing decision for their families. NCVT results are published by the Directorate General of Training (DGT) on the official NCVT MIS portal. Follow the steps below to check your result.

Click on the Trainee menu and select Result. Choose your trade and batch year.
